Another one of our favorite places while at Yokota has been the Fussa Minami Park @ Tama River. On this day we just stayed at the playground, but there is a lot of fun to be had at the river, just steps away. The park sits along the bank and is part of a collection of recreation areas along the river. It is an easy couple of turns from the base, parking is free, and the girls love the sandbox, swings, and little splash pond.
